Can you love your contractor? YES YOU CAN! On-Site Builders completed an extensive renovation of our condo - kitchen, baths, bedrooms, everything. I cannot recommend Shannon, James and their team more highly. From the planning process, through budgeting, on to choosing cabinetry and fixtures and construction, they excelled at every turn. On-site builders remodeled 2bathrooms and did a study for us with built in shelves. Their work was excellent and stylish. We could not be more pleased with their work. They were very dependable and were on time everyday. If a schedule had to be changed, we were notified with plenty of notice. They were just very easy to work with and had wonderful, creative ideas. We have worked with Gary over many years and many projects. He has updated 3 bathrooms, installed flooring, created a beautiful new wall in our master, and completed other projects. This is a rental property, and thus we do not live nearby, so when we order vanities etc, we ship to him. He also coordinates pickup of materials locally, send photos of works in progress, etc. It is tricky to have a contractor do work while you are far away, but we know Gary will keep us apprised of any issues, show us the progress, and solve any problems that arrive! I used onsite to remodel 3 bathrooms in a beach condo after interviewing and receiving quotes from 5 contractors. Onsite was not the least expensive, but far from the most expensive option. Since I was not resident, communication and trust was very important to me. Gary and James and crew came through beautifully. They worked with me to schedule and perform work with the least impact to vacations possible. They are conscientious and detailed, even taking care of some details I had not mentioned nor expected. On-Site is the best contractor I have ever dealt with. They worked with to complete the plans and we clearly laid out our individual responsibilities. We agreed to a start date for this $50k kitchen project and, on the project length, and they started on time, and completed the project ahead of time. James, the project leader and head carpenter was excellent in coordinating the whole project. It was completed ahead of time, exceeded exceeded quality expectations, and was within the cost estimate provided. James even provided completed tasks out of scope. We solicited On-Site Builders Inc for the remodel of a 3000sqft residence. Workscope included interior structural modifications to open the floorplan; complete kitchen and master bath remodel; new electrical service and extensive re-wiring; conversion and expansion of carport into enclosed garage; new tile flooring, baseboards, molding, paint and trim throughout. OK l'm not a guy that leaves reviews, preferring to lurk, but I am so pleased with Gary and James' work, et al, that I will make an exception. We had them do a complete redo of the kitchen and enclose a worn out screened porch. We also replaced much of the floor and Gary coordinated it all. The outcome was beautiful and much more functional. Whole thing took prob. 6 weeks but most importantly they did their very best to mitigate the dust, disruption and inconvenience. The quote was very reasonable and did not change at the end. The crew was always polite and considerate. Overall I highly recommend On-site Builders for your next major home project.Read More

Gary and James are awesome to work with! They gutted a one bedroom condo for us which also included removing a tub and installing a walk-in shower. They quoted us a 6 week timeframe and they were done on the last day of the 6th week. Their team worked every day (and some weekends) to get the job completed timely. Everyone who works with them were kind and professional. We told them what we wanted and they designed it and gave us EXACTLY what we wanted. Gary and his team was there when we needed our house completely remodeled from Hurricane Matthew. Gary was able to walk me through the big project with ease. The team overall installed new drywall, replaced all interior and exterior doors, reinstalled the cabinets & countertops, interior painting and replaced laminate flooring. He was great at keeping me updated during the whole process. Very punctual and the entire project was on time. At the end, the craftsmanship was beautiful. We trusted Gary Stringer, the owner of On-Site Builders, to design and install a set of large and heavy glass doors in a barn door fashion. He did a super job. He listened to us and came up with a drawing and a plan that was awesome. He kept up with the manufacturing process, picked up hardware that was exactly what we were looking for and provided a turnkey solution that left us with a set of beautiful doors that are accented by an archway that he told us would complete our project.
