Two-Story Home Addition in Pawleys Island

This Pawleys Island project transformed an existing two-story porch into a fully enclosed extension of the home, adding valuable living space on both the upper and lower levels. Previously it was an open top deck with a board and batten unsealed storage room. So we demoed the existing structure and built it into a beautiful and functional space.
